Project Overview
Citi is undertaking a major £1.1 billion redevelopment of its UK headquarters at Citi Tower, 25 Canada Square, in Canary Wharf, London.
The project is transforming the 42-storey skyscraper into a modern, sustainable workplace, with upgraded collaboration spaces, wellbeing zones and state-of-the-art facilities.
As a deep energy retrofit, the redevelopment is designed to significantly improve building performance and reduce the tower’s carbon footprint, while supporting Citi’s long-term workplace and sustainability ambitions.
The scale of the works makes this one of the most significant corporate fit-out and refurbishment projects currently being delivered in the UK.
The Challenge
The Citi Tower redevelopment is a large-scale, technically demanding project with extensive mechanical fit-out and infrastructure requirements.
Delivering commissioning management across a 42-storey live headquarters redevelopment requires careful planning, robust QAQC control and close coordination between project teams, systems and phased handover requirements.

Our Approach
ENVIRO was contracted by T Clarke to provide mechanical fit-out commissioning management, mechanical fit-out QAQC management and infrastructure ventilation commissioning management.
